LICENSE

Thank you for your interest in Number 5 ("NO.5", "Game" or “Software”). NO.5 is offered by YGGDRAZIL GROUP CO., LTD (“We”, “Our” or “Us”). To play NO.5, we require you to review and agree to the following terms and conditions of this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). This EULA describes the terms and conditions of the use of this software. If you do not agree to comply with this agreement, please immediately remove NO.5 from your computer.

REQUIREMENTS TO PLAY

To play NO.5, you must pay a fee, download a copy of NO.5 to an authorized gaming device and comply with this EULA.

DISTRIBUTION

NO.5 shall not be copied, shared, distributed, re-sold, offered for re-sale, transferred or sub-licensed in whole or in part.

USER AGREEMENT

USE

Your license to use NO.5 is limited to the number of licenses you have purchased. You shall not allow others to use, copy or evaluate copies of NO.5.

USE RESTRICTIONS

You shall use NO.5 in compliance with all applicable laws. Use of the software for any unlawful purpose is prohibited. Without limiting the foregoing, the software is not allowed to be used, displayed or distributed together with material that is pornographic, racist, vulgar, obscene, defamatory, libelous, abusive, promoting hatred, discriminating or displaying prejudice based on religion, ethnic heritage, race, sexual orientation or age.

Each licensed copy of NO.5 may be used on each individual device by one user. Use of the software means that you have loaded, installed, or run it on single device. You are not allowed to install NO.5 onto a multi-user platform, server or network. Other users may not use your NO.5.

The assignment, sublicense, networking, sale or distribution of copies of NO.5 is strictly forbidden without our prior written consent. It will be a violation of this agreement if the use of this game assigned, sold, shared, loan, rented, leased, borrowed, networked or transferred.

Copyrighted material, trade secrets and other proprietary material are contained within this software. You shall not, and shall not attempt to, modify, reverse engineer, disassemble or decompile the software. Creation of any derivative works or other works based upon or derived from NO.5 in whole or in part is also forbidden.

All parts of NO.5, products and services are protected by copyright law and international copyright treaty provisions. You shall not copy or use program, code, part, image, audio sample, or text from the game in any way.

TERMINATION

The result of the failure to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement will be automatic and immediate termination of this license. After the license is terminated by any reason, you are immediately banned from using NO.5 and must destroy all copies of NO.5 supplied under this Agreement.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

NO.5 and related files are sold as “AS IS” and without whether expressed or implied warranties. All files generated and edited by NO.5 are included in this disclaimer as well.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service is effective as of 9 December 2016 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be effective immediately after being posted on this page.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms of Service at any time. Please check this page occasionally for up-to-date information. Your continued use of the software after any modifications have been applied to the Terms of Service on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Terms of Service. If we make any updates on this Terms of Service, we will inform you by placing a notice on this page.
